By accessing or using the Beevu platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email or providing notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Beevu provides a community-driven marketplace and collaboration platform designed for creative professionals. Our services include project hosting, resource sharing, and professional networking tools.

• The platform allows users to create profiles and showcase work.
• We provide tools for digital asset management and distribution.
• We may offer beta features which are provided "as-is" without warranty.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. Beevu cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium.
• Using any automated system to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Beevu servers than a human can reasonably produce.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service.

Beevu uses Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") as our third-party payment processor for all financial transactions. By making a purchase or receiving funds through the platform, you agree to be bound by Stripe's Services Agreement.

Fees for our services are described on our Pricing page and are subject to change. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

As between Beevu and you, you own all content that you contribute to the Service. By posting content, you grant Beevu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in connection with providing the Service.

Beevu and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Beevu and its licensors.

Beevu offers a rewards program ("Beevu Points") to encourage community engagement. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points system at any time without notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BEEVU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
